How does the coaching process work?

After you fill out a questionnaire, I will send you a base plan that is subject to change at any time.

You’ll be required to send weekly check-ins via email every Saturday with 4 pictures in a bathing suit or posing attire. (Front, back, left and right sides)

You will give me your fasted body weight and an honest review of how your week went in regards to adherence.

From there changes will be made accordingly and sent back over.

With that, ADHERENCE is crucial.

Veering off the plan to any degree will greatly diminish results. YOU MUST SWEAT THE DETAILS! Everything you do on a daily basis has an effect on your body, furthermore, your physique.

Just because an apple is healthy does not mean it’s OK to throw into the mix if it’s not on plan.

How quickly will I see results?

There is no cut and dry answer to this question.

Unfortunately it is all dependent on the physiology of the individual along with their adherence not to mention how you’ve been training and eating prior to signing on all play a factor in your progress.
